NSC Workshop Service Booking

334 Queensberry Street, North Melbourne

For same day service and repair, bikes need to be dropped off between 8:30am-12:30pm for collection after 4:00pm, unless parts are required to be ordered. While the store doesn't have a lot of space for storage of bikes, please feel free to drop off your bike the night before if it suits you to do so.

Electric Bike - Drop Off

More info It is worth mentioning at this point that we don't work on all types of Electric Bikes or have the expertise to repair electronic components.

We also insist that all bikes are safe to ride before they leave our store. For example, if you want a puncture repair, but your bike won't effectively stop under braking, we will not work work on the bike unless you agree to having the brakes fixed as well.
